pH14 Plan is an economic development model that currently requires a collaborative partnership between parents and their young adult children, and a willingness of America (ie, HNW people, big businesses, and governments) to provide full time minimum wage employment to economically disadvantaged young people.
However, we find no shortage of excuses and critical commentary that people have in response to such a plan for continued supports from low-wage parents coupled with aggressive support from hiring managers in businesses and governments.
